Over the past few years I’ve gotten rather buddy buddy with some of the better chef’s here in San Diego.
Recently he left his cozy position as Chef at Arterra, easily one of the best restaurants in San Diego since it opened. Well Carl’s about to open up an new dining spot and it’s going to be hot.
It’s his time and you’ll hear lots about the food, wine and good times I’ll be having there, but tonight Helene, my fiance, and I are heading to his old stomping grounds to check out the new crew that’s running the place, which happens to be his former Sous Chef and Line Leader who both got promoted. They’ve made some changes to the Arterra menu, so we’re anxious to see what’s new.
