Thank you for this most important news! Now I have more to add to my list for my next trip to Paris. I really liked the chocolate eclair at Maison du Chocolate, and since it’s not on the list, I expect all these other establishments will have superior eclairs. Yum.

I have to say that Ladurée’s eclairs (cafe and chocolate) are really nothing special. They tasted like the pastry may have been prepared ahead of time and frozen. I would stick to the macarons with them only.
