Tour de France 2007: Vansevenant wins second lanterne rouge

Wim Vansevenant becomes the third man in history to win the lanterne rouge twice in a row, coming in 3h 52′ 54″ after the winner. Congratulations, Wim! The Dutch TV crew gave him a red lantern to hang on his bike at the end of the stage.
