Menchov wins tenth mountainous Vuelta stage to Andorra
10Sep2007 Filed under: Sports Author: Esme VosDenis Menchov looks like he’s going to win the Vuelta this year after a very convincing victory in the tenth and very mountainous stage to Andorra. Cadel Evans came in second, Samuel Sanchez third. Efimkin came in sixth. Six Spanish riders were in the top ten of this stage.
The overall standings: (1) Denis Menchov, (2) Vladimir Efimkin and (3) Cadel Evans.
